Bulgarian Folk Dance Flex Ensemble

Bulgarian Folk Dance by Claude T. Smith is based on the circle dance, which usually means a “horo.” Smith’s setting is filled with interest and excitement from start to finish. This flexible arrangement allows ensembles to perform the work with as few as twelve musicians providing accessibility and flexibility for numerous instrumentation needs, while still allowing a full ensemble sound.
