The Simplex action box for cars consists of our Simplex soft hammer with copper and soft metal inserts with a diameter of 40 mm, as well as a punch with nylon inserts - perfect for the car workshop. The Simplex soft hammer contains the insert combination copper/soft metal. The copper insert is the hardest impact insert in the Simplex range and thus allows very high impact forces, but more gentle than with a steel hammer. It replaces a conventional copper hammer. The silver soft metal insert is made of aluminium and is slightly softer than the copper insert, heat resistant and replaces a classic lead hammer. The black, reinforced malleable cast iron housing ensures high stability due to the thicker wall thicknesses and struts. The increased weight allows for a high impact force. The very stable and durable fibreglass handle has a high resistance to breakage. It is ergonomically shaped and contains a non-slip handle. It has a smooth surface and is inorganic (not moisture sensitive). According to the clever SIMPLEX principle, all components are interchangeable and retrofittable. This not only protects the wallet, but also resources. In this combination, the Simplex is one of the toughest and most stable soft hammers. The HALDER punch is equipped with interchangeable, very wear-resistant and splinter-free heads made of special nylon at both ends and thus allow very safe and gentle work with a steel hammer.
