BERGQUIST GAP FILLER TGF 1500 is a high-performance, two-part, liquid gap filler with excellent thermal conductivity (1.8 W/m-K). It offers superior resistance to slumping and high shear thinning for optimal control during application. Curing occurs at room temperature or faster with heat. Unlike solid thermal pads, this liquid allows for infinite thickness variations with minimal stress on sensitive components. Expect low-level natural tack and, once cured, a soft, thermally conductive, form-in-place elastomer ideal for delicate assemblies and filling intricate gaps.
