Rondo for Trumpet with Piano Accompaniment

Originally written for “Doc” Severinsen, this Rondo has rousing tarantella-type ostinato in 6/8 with plenty of Latin percussion opens the piece, which then gives way to a beautiful Adagio showing the lyricism of the soloist. The piece closes with a flourish sure to impress your audience.
